Welcome to UPCU. We are committed to providing a smooth experience for all our users booking halls or event spaces. Please review our Return and Refund Policy to understand the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy
Advance Bookings: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled booking date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any service fees.
Standard Bookings: Cancellations made within 7-14 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.
Short-Notice Cancellations: For cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date, no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
3. Exceptions
Non-Refundable Bookings: In specific cases where discounts or promotions are applied, bookings may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Partial Services: If the booking is only partially fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, a proportional refund may be issued upon request and review.
